  • Why should we hire a wedding coordinator?

    To truly enjoy your wedding day. To invest in your friends, family & guests without worrying about the details themselves. With a planner, you can enjoy peace of mind, knowing that everything will run smoothly. Our team of professionals brings experience and industry relationships to the table, ensuring your wedding vision becomes a beautiful reality.
  • Will I still have control over my wedding if I hire your team as my planner?
    Absolutely! Your wedding should reflect your unique style and preferences. We're here to support you in a way that aligns with your vision. Just share your preferences, and we'll provide suggestions accordingly.
  • How early should couples start to plan their wedding?
    We advise at least 9-12 months prior to the wedding date is a good time to start planning. But, if possible, start earlier, to make sure the preferred venue and our services are still available. You don’t want to wait until the last minute and feel overwhelmed. We do recommend hiring your wedding planner right away. You’ll want to get a contract signed to ensure the coordinator is available for your wedding date. We already have weddings booked for over 2 years from now!
  • Are you available on my wedding date?
    Fill in the contact form and your (preferred) wedding date and we will respond within 24 hours to let you know if we are available.
  • Is it true your team always fits your outfit with the wedding theme?
    Absolutely! We believe that attention to detail elevates a wedding to a whole new level. That's why we ensure our team blends seamlessly into your wedding theme.
  • Do you get rewarded by advising certain suppliers?
    No. We aim for honest and transparent cooperation. We do not accept kickback fees, commissions, or other commercial rewards from our partners. Quality is our priority, and that includes no commercial triggers.
  • How do I book a date with you?
    By emailing, calling, or filling out the contact form on our website. We will schedule a free, no-obligation consultation with you to make sure we are a good fit and that we can meet your needs. Most consultations take about 1 hour.
  • Do you do destination weddings?
    Yes, we do! We specialize in destination weddings in Spain and Italy, drawing from our experience living in beautiful places like Ibiza, Barcelona, and Tuscany.
  • How many one-on-one meetings do we get with you as our planner?
    You'll have as many one-on-one meetings as needed. We won't stop planning until your wedding is 100% perfectly arranged.
  • What type of packages do you offer?
    We offer three packages to cater to different preferences and levels of assistance: the Master of Ceremony package for those who handle everything themselves but want us on their wedding day, the Styling package for creating a Pinterest perfect wedding, and the Wedding Planner and Wedding Planner Plus packages, which provide full-service planning and coordination.
  • Why do you work with packages and not a rate per hour?
    Because we like transparency from the first time. In this case, you know exactly how much you’ll invest in our services. And we work on your wedding until it’s 100% perfect. No matter how much time it takes. Promised.
  • On what basis do you recommend suppliers to us?
    Based on our experiences, quality, and the 'best fit.' We do not engage in kickback fees, commissions, or other commercial incentives from our partners. Quality is our top priority, and that does not involve commercial triggers.
  • Are you able to assist us with invitations and RSVP management?
    Yes! We can assist you with invitations and RSVP management as part of our wedding planner package. Additionally, if you have chosen our master of ceremony package, this service can be added as an extra option.
  • What parts of the wedding planning process are we as the bride & groom solely responsible for?
    While your wedding planner can offer guidance and support in various aspects of the planning process, the final decisions and responsibilities for certain areas, such as budget management, guest list, personal vows, attire selection, family traditions, and some personal touches, rest with you, the bride and groom. Your planner will collaborate with you to ensure your wedding reflects your unique style and preferences.
  • I’m looking for a Master of Ceremony, can’t my friends or family help out?
    A coordinator is an investment in making sure your wedding day is beautiful & flawless while taking that stress & duty off you and your family. Just like you, your friends & family want to enjoy the day and celebrate with you rather than working your event for you.
  • What communication methods do you use? How do we have our meetings?
    We're flexible with communication. You can visit our office in Rotterdam for in-person meetings, or we can schedule online Zoom meetings. Additionally, you'll have a WhatsApp group with your planner to keep communication easy and efficient.
  • Do you and your team require meals, beverages and overnights?
    For destination weddings or those within a 1.5-hour drive from our office, we do ask for an overnight stay. Providing a crew lunch or dinner is also appreciated, and many venues offer this option.
  • Do you create the overall vision and do the event styling on the day of the function?
    Absolutely! Our Wedding Stylist package includes this. We love coming up with new ideas and keeping up with the trends. We make vision/mood boards and on-the-day styling is included too.
  • Is there anything else we should know about?
    Our job is to ensure that the wedding day and the entire planning experience is stress-free and exactly as you’ve imagined. We begin by creating a timeline to keep you on track during the planning process. We love getting a great bargain and working hard. We recommend vendors we trust and have a history of working with and consistently providing amazing service. Many offer discounts or complimentary upgrades, which we always pass on to you. We never ever get any kickback fee from the suppliers we recommend. You will be busy enjoying your bachelor parties, pinning away on Pinterest, looking through wedding magazines for ideas, and planning your honeymoon.
